I haven&#8217;t really told them how I got ripped &#8211; because it was kind of a secret because if I failed they wouldn&#8217;t have ever let me forget it.</p>
<p>And they have no idea about this blog but that doesn&#8217;t really matter a whole lot because here&#8217;s the point doing a chest workout will help if you do it right.</p>
<p>They were all talking about why you should do a chest workout or arm workout or whatever workout you want to do. But what&#8217;s the point of arguing about it when the answer is pretty darn clear I mean am I the only one who thinks so&#8230;it seems like total B.S to me that people are even arguing about shit like this.</p>
<p>Anyway so here&#8217;s the deal they all turned to me because I was being pretty quiet and just checking out the hunnies to the right if you know what I mean I mean i was flirting with my eyes and i&#8217;m still a little tipsy because i&#8217;m better at flirting when i&#8217;m not always thinking about how much of a loser I sound like with all my cheesy pick up links that no one really likes but really don&#8217;t know what to do anyway I love the radio when there&#8217;s no pointless little things I hate.</p>
<p>Anyway so why do a chest workout&#8230;well if you ever want to get ripped your going to sure as hell need to do one. I mean it&#8217;s only obvious, right?</p>
<p>I mean this sounds stupid but you gotta get in shape and you can&#8217;t just take pills although they help a lot . So doing a chest workout is a really good idea if your like me and need to do it!</p>

<p>I hope you all had an amazing day. I had a pretty good day personally and I was with some of buddies grabbing a noon time beer. What could be better? Well a few things but let&#8217;s not go there&#8230;</p>
<p>These guys aren&#8217;t all ripped like me, well a few are, but for the most part they don&#8217;t listen to me and try every program out there trying so hard just to lose a few pounds or get ripped or whatever they want to do.</p>
<p>But here&#8217;s the deal. Now listen up.</p>
<p>They were talking about this new HollyWood Workout. Now i&#8217;m not one to jump on the fan boat to quickly but I gotta say this sounded pretty cool to me. At least the story is cool. And the workout isn&#8217;t that different than the one I used to get so ripped. By that I mean the products I used to get so ripped.</p>
<p>Anyway apparently this blogger went out to lunch with this dude who was a celeb trainer. Apparently the trainer got pretty darn wasted, kind of like me today, and told the blogger how some celebs get fit and stay fir with ease.</p>
<p>This was supposed to be a pretty big secret but I guess it got out pretty quickly.</p>
<p>Anyway what they do is combine two products, like I did, and they than use those to help the gal or guy lose weight. This is like no different than what I did.</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s still pretty cool if you think about it because the trainers are doing stuff that helps the celebs and it&#8217;s pretty much the same shit I did. Anyway I thought that was cool but maybe i&#8217;m just super crazy and have had way too much to drink today.</p>

<p>I was thinking about this the other day. I was thinking to myself now that i&#8217;m pretty darn ripped and I have a pretty great body you know how ripped or in shape do I really want to be. That really got me thinking because I honestly have no idea&#8230;</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t want to be a bodybuilder at all.</p>
<p>I always wanted to be where I am right now but seeing how easy it is to get here&#8230;once you break through that invisible barrier I started to wonder to myself if I should aim higher.</p>
<p>What do you think?</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the thing. I hate the gym&#8230;I only like going to flirt with the hot girls and to maybe pray on their weaknesses. Ok just kidding about that last part&#8230;but not really. Hey a guy has to do what he has to do!</p>
<p>But sometimes I see the girls flocking to the guys who are a little bit bigger, a little more defined, than me and I start to wonder if that should be where I head to next. I am really not too sure because in a way I think it&#8217;d be hard to get motivated to work out that much again and to put in all that effort again.</p>
<p>I mean I&#8217;m sure if I re-ordered the products I previously used to get so ripped than it&#8217;d be no problem. But right now i&#8217;m just thinking to myself that maybe I shouldn&#8217;t even bother.</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s the deal. I was walking through the gym the other day and a trainer was telling this little tiny dude that he should never do a chest workout because it simply won&#8217;t help him.</p>
<p>I nearly fell over when I heard this&#8230;I couldn&#8217;t believe an actual trainer was telling this kid that he shouldn&#8217;t be doing a chest workout.</p>
<p>I went over to the guy after and said he was dead wrong and that he should&#8217;ve told the guy to do a chest workout and here was his answer:</p>
<p>It just wouldn&#8217;t have helped.</p>
<p>That got me to thinking. I thought to myself well that&#8217;s kind of true in it&#8217;s own twisted way because I used to do a chest workout all the time and got nearly no results. Maybe this trainer was right&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230;but the difference was that eventually I did get pretty amazing results and all without breaking the bank. I finally realized how to really make my workouts effective and how to really get the results i&#8217;ve always dreamed of. I now have those!</p>
<p>But it really made me think because without the products that I picked up that one day none of this would have ever happened. I still woudl&#8217;ve been just like that guy struggling and getting no where. So i started to think to myself that I should post to this blog a lot more because people deserve to know the truth and they deserve to know that yes in fact you can do well in life and you can get an amazing body.</p>
<p>I want everyone to know that getting an amazing body doesn&#8217;t have to be truly that hard. Even though I know it seems that way sometimes.</p>
<p>So I hope that you all tell your friends to come visit this little blog of mine and to share it with their friends!</p>

<p>Think about it. If you get great results not doing a damn thing than imagine your results if you work out a little. I mean people are becoming way to lazy these days if that&#8217;s the type of attitude they have.</p>
<p>I mean I didn&#8217;t work out a lot. I&#8217;ll be the first to tell you that one. But I did work out a little &#8211; I mean these things won&#8217;t keep you healthy.</p>
<p>That right there is the main reason I worked out. I worked out because it made me healthier and not more ripped.</p>
<p>My health is very important to me and when I see guys saying they don&#8217;t want to exercise because their already ripped I wonder to myself how long they&#8217;ll actually live &#8211; seriously.</p>
<p>The reason I say that is because these guys used to run and get their heart rate up all the time &#8211; they used to do this to get ripped &#8211; but now since their doing nothing how can their body possibly stay in alright shape in terms of health.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s possible.</p>
<p>So when i&#8217;m asked should I even bother doing a chest, shoulder, or ab workout I say yes you should!</p>
<p>Because you&#8217;d have to be absoluteness crazy not too. Your health is much more important than your appearance guys, just remember that.</p>
<p>I think we all need to have that little reminder every now and again actually. Peace.</p>

<p>I think so.</p>
<p>You see far too often people don&#8217;t think things through. People go around thinking all they have to do is work hard to get results.</p>
<p>Please &#8212; don&#8217;t think that! The minute you think that will be the moment you fail, I promise.</p>
<p>What you really need to do is build a smart plan.</p>
<p>Let me tell you what I did for a long time.</p>
<p>On the first day i&#8217;d run for 30 minutes on the second day i&#8217;d do weights for 30 minutes and i&#8217;d repeat this over and over again for months.</p>
<p>And nothing happened.</p>
<p>I mean nothing &#8211; at the very least you&#8217;d HOPE that i&#8217;d get a little bit of results.</p>
<p>What I finally realized was that I was doing everything wrong. I mean everything. What I should&#8217;ve been doing was researching for a few days to figure out how to best improve everything. I mean it seems simple right?</p>
<p>Research is really key.</p>
<p>You need to research the best ways to gain muscle without hitting the gym 24/7. And trust me it&#8217;s not that hard at all!</p>
<p>What I did was go on the internet and find two products that simply work. And work extremely well. I mean it&#8217;s crazy how well they work.</p>
<p>And all I have to do is take a few pills and workout about half as hard as normal. I mean that&#8217;s being smart man!</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s what I did&#8230;now what are you going to do.</p>
<p>You could do anything you want to.</p>
<p>But you now know the best way to do stuff. I mean if you want to get ripped this is the best way. The chest workout I used simply works and I know it&#8217;ll work for you too. Nuff said.</p>

There is no denying that a great chest is every man (and woman’s) dream. For some, this may be a problem area or one that is particularly difficult to develop but it doesn’t have to be the case if you follow some simple principals.</p>
<p>Understand that some exercises are to gain muscle. These chest exercises usually push the maximum amount of weight in a short space of time. The movement is purely anaerobic and is designed to do damage to the muscle so that it builds back up stronger than it was. These types of exercises take days to recover and are a great chest exercise for building up massive pectorals.</p>
<p>Other exercises are designed to shape and tone the muscles. This might not be on everyone’s agenda but it should not be overlooked. It is important to shape the muscles and increase the muscle density. This improves strength and allows you to push extra weight next time you do a muscle gain type chest workout. These types of chest exercises are generally slower, more controlled, go for longer and involve less weight.</p>
<p>It is a good idea to rotate between the two types of exercise so that you get good progress with both the muscle gain and the lean muscle shaping. Try doing each type on a four weekly cycle for best results. When a chest workout incorporates both of these types of training you will see the best results.</p>

A chest workout can be done with simple push-ups; after all, this is how we built up our chest muscles before the invention of all this complicated equipment.</p>
<p>Using your own body weight to push around is very effective in working out the large chest muscles. When you are doing push-ups you are not only working the chest but also the shoulders, obliques, stomach and buttocks. This is an incredibly effective exercise which can be fit into your daily routine without any inconvenience.</p>
<p>When you are starting out with this simple chest workout, attempt to do your maximum number of pushups that you can handle in one go. Record this number somewhere. Set yourself a goal, it might be that you wish to double this number in 4 weeks. Incorporate some cardiovascular exercise such as walking or running so that you burn fat as well as build up muscle.</p>
<p>For variation, you can do the pushups on a slight incline by using a sofa or chair. Make sure that it is in a sturdy position before beginning; this slight change in your chest workout will work a slightly different group of muscles. If you are confident, you may try some one handed pushups to spot train each side of your chest.</p>
<p>Try to do this simple chest workout first thing in the morning and last thing of the evening. This will give you the most benefit from your chest workout.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s a combination of all those things and to truly succeed and in the end and get truly ripped you&#8217;ll need to do a combination of everything.</p>
<p>Of course it requires being smart too. I remember the days when I thought all those big guys at the gym were all super dumb. And in terms of math, science, and art they may be as dumb as a door nail. But guess what when it comes to what they love they are really good at it.</p>
<p>They can probably bench press you. And when they want to pack on 10 more pounds of muscle they don&#8217;t need to work even half as hard as you.</p>
<p>Because they have the right techniques. Because they have the right skills. Because they have the right knowledge.</p>
<p>These guys may just get a few supplements. Lift a few weights. And boom everything is done.</p>
<p>It really can be that easy for some of these guys&#8230;</p>
<p>I picked the brain&#8217;s of bodybuilders before and what they tell you is to be smart.</p>
<p>They say don&#8217;t work hard, work smart, ask around and figure out the best way to do things.</p>
<p>Whether that&#8217;s taking supplements, or bench pressing, you need to get the right advice from the right people.</p>

<p>But anyway this tiny little guy, who must&#8217;ve been like 16 came over to me and was real nervous.</p>
<p>I asked him what was up and he said, &#8220;Are you a trainer?&#8221;</p>
<p>I said, obviously, that I wasn&#8217;t and was kind of puzzled.</p>
<p>Every one knew that all the trainers wore yellow t-shirts so I thought it was pretty weird that he would just come over and said that. When I asked why he thought I was he had this to say:</p>
<p>&#8220;I thought you might have been a trainer just without the uniform because of how ripped you are.&#8221;</p>
<p>I couldn&#8217;t believe it.</p>
<p>Now I knew I looked alright, I mean I look pretty good.</p>
<p>I have eyes &#8211; I can see in the mirror.</p>
<p>But the trainers at my gym are ripped, and when I mean ripped I mean ripped. Like these guys bench 300 like it&#8217;s nothing and they could crush pop cans with their abs. (I wonder if they&#8217;ve ever done that? That&#8217;d be cool.)</p>
<p>Anyway these guys are the shit. For real.</p>
<p>And this kid actually thought I was one of them.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s like someone coming up to you when your playing basketball and asking if you are on the Lakers team because your so good.</p>
<p>Like it was a huge compliment.</p>
<p>After I told him I wasn&#8217;t a trainer he went off to find someone else but I just sat back and thought to myself. I just thought wow look at how far I have come&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8230;it&#8217;s been a great journey. And i&#8217;m so glad to have shared it with all of you.</p>
<p>I remember when I was as tiny as that kid. (It wasn&#8217;t very fun&#8230;)</p>
<p>But it just goes to show when your smart and find the right method anything is possible</p>
